Why is VARCOMM implementing a new billing system?
This upgrade helps us work toward our goal of providing superior customer service. With the new payment system, our customers can enjoy the ease and security of even more methods of payment, faster response times, enhanced billing information, paperless billing and online auto payments. Customers will also be able to enjoy payments via phone and/or our online Chatbot service 24 hours a day.

I already have a Customer Portal account, do I need to re-register?
For customers with a Customer Portal account already, there is no need to re-register, and your same username and password will work on the new system. However, any autopay or scheduled payments must be re-scheduled after February 7.

Nope! The use of all VARCOMM’s payment channels and methods are free to our customers.

Can I still mail my payment or make payments at the VARCOMM office?
Yep! Payments can still be remitted via mail or in person at our office locations.
