Can I bring my current device?
Yes! You can keep the phone you love when you switch, as long as it’s unlocked and compatible with the network. To check compatibility, locate your device’s IMEI number and enter it on the “Bring Your Own Device” page. Or, we can help you!
Can I trade in my device?
Yes! Trade-in service is available at checkout. The device must be sent to the mobile service team and qualified. Once approved, you’ll receive a credit on your next invoice.
Are there any contracts or long-term commitments with your mobile plans?
No long-term contracts! You’re free to switch plans or cancel at any time.
What happens if I exceed my 1 GB on the “By the Gig” plan?
With the By the Gig plan: you’re charged per gig used on the mobile network at $15/GB. Portions of Gigs used are not prorated — e.g., if you use 1.5 GB, you’ll be charged for 2 GB. Alerts will be sent as you approach or exceed each Gig.
When your mobile device is connected to your VARCOMM Gigablast WI-FI, data usage will be free.
Can I finance my new phone?
Yes! Device financing is available for devices purchased through the website at checkout, or if you are an active customer upgrading your device. A soft credit check will be required; the financed amount depends on your returned credit rating.
Is there an activation fee?
Yes, there is a $30 activation fee per line.
Does the offering have a hotspot?
Yes, hotspot use is permitted and will draw from your allotted data.
Does the service have international calling capabilities?
Yes, Canada and Mexico are included in the plans. For roaming/usage outside the US, Canada and Mexico, you must call the mobile support team to enable it and clarify applicable charges.
