VARCOMM Unlimited Long-Distance/Enlaces Terms and Conditions
International long distance and calling outside of the lower 48 continental (contiguous) United States is not included. Calls to Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Territories are not included in free long distance. All VARCOMM Unlimited Long Distance calls are solely for residential subscriber use for the live dialog between two individuals. Unlimited long distance may not be used for monitoring services, data transmission, interconnection to other networks. Customers with large usage inconsistent with normal residential voice applications may have their unlimited services terminated, suspended, or moved to a per minute of use plan of 8¢ per minute of use or a lower tiered fixed plan. Upon detection of inconsistent normal service, VARCOMM Broadband, Inc. will notify the customer of its findings. Minutes of use greater than 4,000 minutes per month on a consistent basis is considered inconsistent with normal voice application of service. Service is provided by VARCOMM Broadband, Inc. and subject to change upon notification. VARCOMM will charge a long distance non-recurring one time fee of $5.25 to activate and/or change your long distance service to or from VARCOMM Broadband Inc.,
VARCOMM Business Long Distance
VARCOMM Business Long Distance includes 600 minutes of usage per month. No carry-over minutes from month-to-month is allowed. A fee of 8¢ per minute of use will be charged over the allowance of 600 minutes. Usage/Overage minutes will be billed in arrears. International long distance and calling outside of the lower 48 continental (contiguous) United States is not included. Calls to Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Territories are not included in free long distance. All VARCOMM Business Long Distance calls are solely for business subscriber use for the live dialog between two individuals. VARCOMM Business Long Distance may not be used for monitoring services, data transmission, interconnection to other networks, this type of service requires a different service plan. VARCOMM will charge a long distance non-recurring one-time fee of $5.25 to activate and/or change long-distance service to or from VARCOMM Broadband Inc. Service requires paperless billing.
Terra Bella VOIP Calling Service Terms and Conditions
Installation charges may apply for the installation of telephone line and or telephone jack, inside wire repair and other connection charges for new subscribers. Taxes, fees, surcharges, universal service fees may apply. This plan is for residential customers only and includes local service, calling features and long distance service bundled. The local calling area is defined by service area and the telephone number assigned. This is a fixed VoIP service and not for use with mobile or non-stationary devices. International long distance and calling outside of the lower 48 continental (contiguous) United States is not included. Calls to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories are not included in the Enlaces Calling Service. Enlaces long distance plans are solely for the live dialog between two individuals. Unlimited minutes may not be used for monitoring services, data transmission, interconnection to other networks. Other terms and conditions applied can be found in Local Exchange Service Schedule (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Tariff) Issued by VARCOMM Broadband Inc., U-7385-C with the Public Utilities Commission. Service requires paperless billing and automatic payment. VARCOMM charges a monthly fee of $5.00 per month for each invoice mailed to subscriber. This service is available for ULTS and Lifeline discounts and will be in administered in strict adherence of applicable CPUC and FCC rules and regulations. Only one Lifeline discount is allowed per household, consisting of either wireline or wireless service. If you are receiving a discount from another telecommunications company, including a wireless provider, you are not eligible for the Lifeline discount with VARCOMM Broadband, Inc. Lifeline service is a non-transferable benefit. Only eligible consumers may enroll. Consumers who willfully make false statements in order to obtain the benefit may be punished by fine or imprisonment or may be barred from the program.
